Hello Aztec Empire Members!
Hope everyone is doing very well. Last weekend the Aztecs got a tough loss on the road against the Rebels of UNLV, 13-10. However, in the grand scheme of things we are 2-1 in the last three games, and that ain't bad. Especially when you consider that we havn't beaten BYU at home since 1987! This weekend they stay on the road to play the University of Utah, a team that last year was ranked in the top ten in the country. A lot of their players have left, so they look ready to fall to our Aztecs, who have been playing with the kind of intensity and pride we all have hoped for.
Eventhough the team is on the road, we are going to watch them at home. The Aztec Empire is teaming up with the Alumni Association so that students and alums can watch our team together, something that has never happened at our University. So come on out for the festivities, free food and prizes, and maybe an Aztec win on the road. So bring a friend, and good talk see you out there.
